Join TV personality and Registered Nurse Jake Mossop as he has heart-to-heart conversation with experts like: 

- A real person living with COPD, sharing their real-world advice
- A Registered Respiratory Therapist, sharing airway clearance techniques you can try at home
- A nutrition expert with yummy ideas for eating right and boosting your energy 
- A Respirologist with a sneak preview of the latest class of treatments for COPD
